Remote Support (Hourly)

Having technical issues with your PC, Mac, iOS or Android device? Need some help tweaking settings or installing apps? Want some training on how to use a piece of software? Whatever your need, we can help! We charge a flat hourly fee for remote support, and with easy and secure methods to connect to you remotely, we can assist you with almost any technical support or training needs you might have. Discounts available for more than one hour blocks.

We use remote support tools like GoTo Remote, Splashtop, AnyDesk and FaceTime to connect to your device(s) remotely. We ensure privacy and security are our top priorities, and we don't Dave any of your personal logins, passwords, or keep access to your devices open unless specifically requested to do so for long term support needs.

NOTE: If we experience time based issues that are not the fault of the connection or the end user, we will attempt to resolve the problem without charging extra. If the task(s) require more time than originally purchased, the extra time will be billed in half hour increments at the rate (time block) cost the client  purchased.

IMPORTANT! - Time blocks must be used in one hour increments. Please makes sure that if your needs will require less than one hour, to have a list of any other issues you would like resolved so that you can maximize the value of the support session.
